Checking Frequency
If you are having problems with your belt-packs not communicating with your base you may need to check the frequency on your base and your belt-packs.

No Inbound
If you are having issues with no in bound or outbound. You may need to make sure that your switches are set properly. If you notice on the picture below there are two switches there are marked in red. They need to be pressed out. If you continue to have problems with no inbound please refer to other sections in this trouble shooting guide.
Notes on Volume Control
If the customers sound to quiet in your headset you may need to adjust the inbound volume. To do so is simple but you will need to understand a few things first. When it come to volume control on a drive thru system it's important to realize that its a balanceing act. If you turn your inbound up to much you will get feed back from the inbound picking up the outbound. The same can be true about adjusting outbound. Also its important to note that a small adjustment can make a big difference so small adjustments at a time.
Inbound Adjustment
If you need to adjust volume of what You hear, you will need to adjust the inbound volume adjustment. In the picture below you will see the the inbound adjustment circled. You will need to use a small flat head screwdriver. Usually you can find one in a Glass repair kit. To turn the volume up rotate the volume level to the right. To turn the inbound volume level down turn the volume level to the left.

Outbound Volume Adjustment
If you need to turn up the volume on what your Customers hear you need to turn up the Outbound volume. To adjust your outbound volume you will need to locate the Outbound volume. It is circled in red in the picture below. You will need to use a flat head screw driver, usually found in a eye glass repair kit. Turn the control to the right to turn up outbound volume. To turn outbound volume down turn it to the left.
