Resetting Power
If you are having problems with static you may need to do whats called a Hard Reset. To do so is simple.
1. Open the 400 base by pulling on the black tab on the front of the base. that will allow the base to open like a clam shell.
2. On top left of the part of the base that swung down you will see a green connector with wires going into it. Pull the green connector out of the connection. Make sure you pull by the green connector not the wires!! The Green connector is marked in red in the picture below.
3. Wait 15 seconds and plug the green connector back in. The light on your base should turn back on and your headsets will start working
Notes Adjusting Volume
If the customers sound to quiet in your headset you may need to adjust the inbound volume. To do so is simple but you will need to understand a few things first. When it come to volume control on a drive thru system its important to realize that its a balancing act. If you turn your inbound up to much you will get feed back from the inbound picking up the outbound. The same can be true about adjusting Outbound. Also its important to note that a small adjustment can make a big difference so small adjustments at a time.
Adjusting Inbound Volume.
To adjust you will need a small flat screw driver. Usually one that comes in a glass repair kit will work. Now follow these steps.
1. Open your base by pulling on the black knob on the top center of the base. This will cause the base to open like a clamshell.
2. Locate the inbound volume potentiotiner or pot, In the picture below it is marked in red. To the top right it will say R43. Using a small flat screwdriver turn the dial to the right to turn up inbound volume, to the left to turn down the volume level.
3. Once you have the volume set to your desired level close the base.
Adjusting Outbound Volume.
If you having issues with you are able to hear the customer but, the customer can not hear you, the outbound volume may need to be adjusted. To do so follow the follow steps.
1. Open your base by pulling on the black knob on the top center of the base. This will cause the base to open like a clamshell.
2.Locate the outbound volume adjustment. In the picture it is marked in red. Using a small flat screwdriver turn the dial to the right to increase outbound volume, turn the volume to the left to decrease outbound volume.
3. Once you have the outbound volume set to your desired level close the base.

NOTE: If you are having issues with outbound right after a heavy amount of rain you may need to blow out your speaker. You can get a can of compressed air and just blow out the speaker post. Depending on the type of speaker-post you have rain may be falling into your speaker.
Speed team
If you are experiencing problems where you can hear the customer but, the customer can not hear you. you may need to make sure that your speed team switch is turned on. What speed team does is makes it so you can hear the customer only and communicate with other employees who are wearing a headset. On the front of your base you will notice 4 buttons on the bottom in the center of the base. One will be red, the other three will be black. In the picture below the speed team button is marked in red. The speed team button needs to be pushed Out.

Constant detection
If you are having what seems like constant detection you may need to check if your Vehicle Detection is set to OVERIDE instead of normal. To check you will need to look at the front of your base on the bottom you will see a total of four push buttons. One of the buttons will will be red the other three will be black. The one on the far right as marked in the picture below in red needs to be pushed OUT .
